Since there is alot of ideas and things that i have been thinking of doing for the wedding, its throwing off the budget more. So instead of getting rid of it all, we decided to just push back the wedding for AUGUST 24, 2013!!

Make up and trials along with me in the dress I had potentially wanted to buy but got conflicted between the dresses I had origionally tried on (liked the first one with Tulle and that belt looking design across the waist). Shows the back of the up do which i really liked as well as the makeup.. loved the fake lashes minus the eyeballs being poked at the end of the day which i believe it was because i was wearing my glasses too close to them.

Here are the other dresses that made me think I should just buy a newer dress for the wedding. This is the older dress:

We found another possible reception place and oh my... i really like it. in love with the stairway in one of the banquet rooms... and that room seats 150 people!! http://banquetatthebno.com/
Also, we are definitely thinking to keep the Buhl Mansion as an official place to have the ceremony: this particular room is gorgeous. When we looked in the mansion there was a balcony which i absolutely adored to as well since it was in front of a glass stain window!

So, now its just time to crunch numbers and get going once we officially find a reception area and pick an official date. We are aiming for MAY 2013 :) SO excited!!!

This I personally think would be a better concept for the loved ones who passed on in your life than doing an RIP table at the reception. Best part, you can keep it with a fake flower bouquet and throw the real bouquet at the reception. Definitely a long lasting idea :)

This is a possibility of a bridesmaids dress THE CRAYONS, MILK WITH COOKIES AND THE LOLLIPOP BOUQUET IS GOING TO BE FOR THE KID'S TABLE! Now Fiancee was also mentioning that instead of a alcohol car bar, we should do coffee bar with a huge table of sweets like homemade cookies and whatnot. what do you think?

First ACTUAL post

Hello, My name is Diana. These are my thoughts of the wedding... yes, ive been engaged for about 6 years and now finally that's all i think about lol BUT here's a little few ideas im throwing out in this blog just to get some responses and to get some opinions of what goes together and what actually would not go.

This is my dress that i decided to give away since I could not wear it anymore due to weight gain. Front and the back. Now the back actually bustles so that you can be able to dance at the reception. So kind of makes it look like a second dress in my opinion ;)
